- Vanessa Richardson-Twitty, Founder and Executive Director: Vanessa Richardson-Twitty founded Beyondxpectation Inc. in 2016 with a vision to help individuals move beyond barriers and build confidence. Her dedication and lived experience guide our mission to provide practical education, personal development, and community support. Under her leadership, we create hands-on experiences that help youth and families build real-world skills and recognize new possibilities. Vanessa is passionate about fostering stability and opportunity in Montgomery County.
