Jr. Beauty-Preneur Academy is Beyondxpectation Inc.'s flagship youth development and entrepreneurship program. The tuition-free, 12-week Academy uses beauty, business, and entrepreneurship as engaging gateways to practical skills, leadership development, career exploration, and personal growth. The Academy is designed primarily for girls and young women ages 12 to 17 and connects participants with entrepreneurs, educators, beauty professionals, wellness professionals, mentors, and community leaders.

The Experience
Participants learn through workshops, demonstrations, guest speakers, hands-on activities, mentorship, career exposure, and real-world experiences. The goal is to help each participant recognize her strengths, build confidence, develop practical skills, and see new possibilities for her future.
2026 Academy
The 2026 Academy is a 12-week program with capacity for up to 25 participants. Program supplies and meals are included. Registration, waitlist, orientation, schedule, attendance, and location information will be added once confirmed.
